Our returns policy

At we want each of our customers to be completely happy with each and every purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us via our contact form quoting your order number and let us know why you would like to return or exchange the item. Our team will then contact you via email with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return any orders back to us until you have spoken to one of our team.

Please note that items cannot be returned unless they are in their original condition, and within 14 days of the purchase date. All original packaging must be included in the return, as well as any enclosed documentation. Upon receiving your return, if it is in accordance with the above and it is received in its original condition, a full refund will be provided on receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition and is unsaleable we will be unable to authorise a refund, and the item will be returned to you.

If in the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please contact us via our contact form, quoting your order number, your name, your shipping address, and details of the product you ordered. Please also state if you require a refund or a replacement item to be sent. Our team will then review and advise on how to proceed.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping will not be included in any refunds. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
